Russian architects Arch Group have completed the first of their tiny hotel rooms for napping at airports. The Sleepbox unit at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport contains two beds and can be rented for between 30 minutes and several hours. The pod is equipped with LED reading lamps as well as sockets for charging laptops and mobile phones.
Nice one Arch Group, but I’m sure I can’t have been the first to notice that William Gibson beat you to the concept by almost 30 years ;)

Been on a bit of a salad kick lately. Starting from the top left we have:
- Leaf lettuce, grated carrot and red cabbage topped with chilli flakes and cottage cheese
- ‘Rainbow’ Salad: Cherry tomatoes, carrot, sweet corn, cucumber and pickled red cabbage.
- Iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumber with tuna, gherkins and pickled peppers
- Chard, grated courgette (or zuchini to ‘merkins), tomato and fetta cheese
